Amy and Romuald Giacometti, along with Bernard Giacometti (Founder, La Bazenne), returned to the United States at the end of May 2013 for a second scouting trip to scope out potential venues for the future site of the first La Bazenne restaurant on U.S. shores.
On this trip, we narrowed our search to restaurants located in Naples, Florida - a venue which had captured our hearts on several previous visits. After only 4 days on the ground, we selected a site (or two sites in fact!) that we unanimously agreed would be the perfect location for the first U.S-based La Bazenne restaurant.
